No, you can not undertake agency shifts within the same organisation where they hold a substantive or permanent role. If you wish to work agency shifts at your current workplace, you must first complete any required ‘cool-off’ period after leaving employment there. Please confirm the length of this period directly with your employer.

Shift notice depends on your specialism and our clients’ needs. While we specialise in filling last-minute cover, some clients may book candidates in advance. We encourage all candidates to perform at their best, as strong performance can lead to repeat bookings and preferred opportunities.

Your first uniform is free. You will be sent a link to purchase your uniform from an external supplier. Once you complete your first shift, the cost will be reimbursed.

If your ID badge is lost, a replacement can be issued for a small fee.
